Facilities Management provides quality, cost-effective, responsive and safe, comprehensive facilities support while promoting wise stewardship of the university's assets.
Facilities Management is responsible for:
- Maintenance and operation of university buildings, utilities and infrastructure
- Grounds maintenance and custodial services
- Planning and engineering support for renovations and construction
Department Information
The Facilities Management Department offers a variety of services for Commonwealth University:
- eMaint Work Order Request Form
- All Commonwealth University employees have access to submit maintenance work requests and vehicle reservations through eMaint. Within Residence Halls, the Resident Assistants & Graduate Hall Directors have electronic access.

Construction Planning and Information
Commonwealth University's Office of Planning and Construction manages the planning, design and construction of the built environment on each of the four campuses. This includes new construction, additions and renovations of buildings, grounds and infrastructure systems.

Bloomsburg Lock Haven Mansfield
The intent of the maps is to identify the locations and dates of areas that will be affected, as well as note a brief project description. Some projects may affect pedestrian and vehicular movements more than others. Several of the projects shown are current construction projects that will be ongoing in 2024 and 2025.
