Lock Haven to Host 19th Kent's Fest Celebration

Commonwealth University-Lock Haven's Department of Exceptionality Programs and Council for Exceptional Children student group will host the 19th annual Kent's Fest celebration on Friday, April 21, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the East Campus Gymnasium.

CU-Mansfield Concert Choir to Perform Regionally

The Mansfield University Concert Choir, under the direction of Peggy Dettwiler, will perform concerts in the region, including the First Baptist Church in Lewisburg, on Sunday, April 2, at 7:30 p.m.; the Third Presbyterian Church in Rochester, NY, on Friday, April 14, at 7 p.m., and then their final concert of the academic year in Mansfield’s Steadman Theatre on Saturday, April 29, at 7:30 p.m.

Lock Haven Sport Studies Department Hosts Virtual Alumni Speaker Series

Commonwealth University-Lock Haven recently welcomed sport management alumnus, Zachary Klein, of Danville, via Zoom to speak about his role as the senior director of ticket operations at FanSummit at Towson University. Klein, who was enrolled in the accelerated sport management program, graduated from Lock Haven in May 2021 with both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree.
