We’re a proud member of the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference, Atlantic 10 Conference for Division I field hockey, and our DI men’s wrestling team is a member of the Mid-American Conference. You’ll find 21 total NCAA athletic teams at The Haven.
Healthy Lifestyles
The Student Recreation Center hosts an impressive array of strength and cardio equipment, fitness classes like yoga and Zumba, 30-foot rock-climbing walls, an indoor track, racquetball, and multi-purpose courts.

Haven Nation
Lock Haven sponsors 21 varsity athletic programs including Division I men's wrestling and field hockey. The men's wrestling program is an affiliate member of the Mid-American Conference and the field hockey team competes in the Atlantic 10 Conference. All other teams compete at the NCAA Division II level and compete in the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference.
