Courses and Curriculum
Real Estate Finance Minor Requirements
- 21 credits required for minor completion
- Students should meet with their academic advisor each semester and use Degree Works to monitor their individual progress toward completion of the minor.
Students who complete the program will be able to:
- Identify the characteristics of real estate property and the real estate investment framework.
- Discuss the legal issues in real estate contracts, brokerage, and the agency.
- Analyze the basic types of real estate analysis and decision-making models.
