Strategic Communications and Marketing serves as enthusiastic ambassadors of the university’s brand while working to showcase the value of a Commonwealth University education by capturing and sharing the stories of our students, faculty, staff, alumni, and partner organizations.

The Office of Strategic Communications and Marketing is organized into four distinct areas that serve the university community:
Enrollment Marketing
The Enrollment Marketing team is responsible for content development, design, implementation, and analysis of enrollment marketing campaigns in partnership with Enrollment Management.
University Marketing and Brand Management
This team is responsible for implementing brand strategies, awareness and reputational marketing initiatives, websites, as well as other engagement and promotional marketing efforts.
Brand Toolkit Logos, Licensing and Trademarks
Strategic Communications
The Strategic Communications team is responsible for internal and external communication, media relations, editorial content, and crisis communication.
Athletic Communications and Marketing
Formerly known as Sports Information, this team is responsible for promoting the three distinct athletic brands, our student-athletes, and athletic program successes. Each campus-based lead is responsible for game-day statistics, media relations, and streaming, as well as the athletics website, flagship social media accounts, and enrollment marketing alignment.
