Monthly Awareness

  • National Civility Month
  • Thursday, August  29th,  6:30pm - Color SPLASH! University Commons
    Hosted by DEIB, Campus Life, and the Rec Center join us for an entertaining (and colorful) evening!  The Color Splash is an exciting  event focused on fun and camaraderie, which involves participants playfully spraying colored powders at each other.  A free t-shirt for the first 100 participants.

    Get involved! Join us for an interest meeting where you can learn about multicultural clubs and organizations on campus.  We encourage all students to come and explore opportunities to connect with diverse communities.

    Hosted by Act 101, don't miss motivational speaker Tiffany Barreau as she inspires students with her powerful message.
  • Tuesday, September 10th, 12:00pm - 2:00pm - HOPE Center Open House - 1st Floor Ulmer Hall
    Visit the HOPE Center for an open house! Explore the resources available to support wellness, mental health, and personal growth.  Staff will be present to answer questions and provide valuable information.
  • Wednesday, September 11th, 11:00am - 2:00pm - Fresh Check Program - University Commons
    Sponsored by the office of Student Involvement, join us for the Fresh Check Program, an interactive mental health awareness event.  Engage with activities, resources, and information to promote mental well-being and positive coping strategies.
  • Friday, September 20th, 7:00pm - 8:30pm -  Alumni Weekend Meet and Greet - PUB MPR 
    Meet alumni and connect current students at our Alumni Weekend Meet and Greet. during HOCO weekend. Enjoy delicious food  and engaging conversations while celebrating the sense of community
