No Tuition Increase at Commonwealth University for Upcoming 2023-24 Academic Year
As Commonwealth University of Pennsylvania enters its second year, its students will not experience an increase in their tuition. The Board of Governors for Pennsylvania’s State System of Higher Education (PASSHE) voted unanimously to freeze tuition for the upcoming 2023-24 academic year, keeping Commonwealth University one of the most affordable public higher education opportunities in the state.

Commonwealth University Faculty Promotions Announced
Twenty-eight Commonwealth University faculty members have been promoted for the 2023-24 academic year. The promotions came after an evaluation process that was conducted in compliance with the faculty collective bargaining agreement and the Commonwealth University promotion policy. The promotions, which include faculty from the Bloomsburg, Lock Haven and Mansfield locations, are based on the value of excellence in teaching as well as scholarship and service.

Lock Haven athletic training student completes internship at the University of Miami
This spring, Gabrielle DeBolt, of York, completed in a full-immersion athletic training internship at the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida. DeBolt graduated in May with a master's degree in athletic training, a bachelor's in health science and a minor in psychology.

Commonwealth University-Mansfield Receives $20,000 in Donations From PSECU
Commonwealth University-Mansfield recently received donations totaling $20,000 from Pennsylvania State Employees Credit Union (PSECU). The donations included $15,000 in scholarships and a $5,000 general donation to the university to support campus programs, financial literacy education and other areas of need.
