Chair of the Department of Anthropology, Sociology, Criminal Justice, and Social Work / Assistant Professor of Criminal Justice
The Sociology minor parallels the major but does not require courses in research methods or statistics, and it does not require a capstone course. Students will understand and be able to apply the "sociological imagination." They will know that features of social life are social constructions built over time with concrete social action.
