The minor offers information on engagement, assessment, intervention, and evaluation of individuals, families, groups and organizations. Additionally, it introduces students to social policies, and service provision as viewed through a diversity lens and from a systems perspective.

Courses and Curriculum

Social Work Minor Requirements

  • 18 credits required for minor completion
  • Students should meet with their academic advisor each semester and use Degree Works to monitor their individual progress toward completion of the minor.
