Courses and Curriculum
Mathematics Minor Requirements
- 21 credits required for minor completion
- Students should meet with their academic advisor each semester and use Degree Works to monitor their individual progress toward completion of the minor.
- Knowledge of Mathematics: Students will be able to solve problems in areas of calculus, algebra, and discrete mathematics.
- Reasoning: Students will be able to reason through and prove mathematical statements through logical arguments.
- Communication: Students will be able to communicate mathematical principles and ideas with clarity and coherence.
- Application: Students will be able to apply mathematical knowledge, computations, and techniques to solve real-world problems in various fields of study.
