As the Director of Stewardship & Campaign Planning at Commonwealth U Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania, Sharon Fisher plays an important role in stewarding donors, campaign planning, event planning, naming opportunities across campus, stewardship reports and more as well as supporting the VP and other members of University Advancement in sustaining positive and mutually rewarding relationships between the university and its donors.  She was an active part of the It’s Personal $50 million comprehensive capital campaign that ended in 2017 exceeding the goal at a final total of $62,075,064.  She often represents both the President and VP in securing appointments with key alumni, parent, corporate, foundation and friend prospects and is responsible for developing and executing a plan to manage all stewardship and campaign-related events. Her passion is event planning which plays an integral part of her position on campus with the largest event being the It’s Personal Campaign finale celebration.

Sharon is a 2013 Bloomsburg University graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources.

Sharon, from the Bloomsburg area, enjoys spending time with her husband Brandon, son Auston (BU BSN Nursing Class ’23), family and friends, enjoying an active life and is actively involved with her community.
