Dr. Lisa D. Weaver is a Full Professor for the 100% online CMHC program at Commonwealth University of Pennsylvania, Lock Haven Campus. Dr. Weaver holds a PhD in Higher Education Administration and a Master’s degree in Counselor Education. She has been licensed as a professional counselor in the state of Pennsylvania since 2015, is an Approved Clinical Supervisor and is board certified as a tele-mental health provider. Dr. Weaver is a trained end of life doula and this is her current research focus.
