Erik Scattareggia is the Instructor for the Music Technology Courses at the Bloomsburg Campus.
Scattareggia works as an in demand Drummer and Audio Recording Engineer. He has toured nationally in venues across the US including a recent performance in 2024 at the Dallas International Guitar Festival where he performed with Grammy Award winners Jeff Lorber and Jimmy Haslip.
Since 2010, Erik has credits on over 40 recordings both as a drummer and recording engineer.
After earning his Bachelor of Arts degree in Audio Recording from Bloomsburg University, Erik went on to complete a Master of Music degree in Music Technology from Southern Utah University. There he focused on hybrid recording techniques involving analog and digital mediums.
