Duplicate Diploma Request

To request a duplicate diploma, log into parchment.com. Choose Commonwealth University and the appropriate campus (Bloomsburg, Lock Haven, Mansfield). Provide the information about the degree received, semester graduated, how you would like your name on the diploma and the address where the diploma should be mailed. There is a $25 fee per diploma ordered.

Credentials issued between July 1, 2022, and August 11, 2023, will be reissued for transcripts and diplomas upon written request at no charge. Please email the registrar@commonwealthu.edu with your request. This action ensures that all credentials reflect the accredited institution’s name, Commonwealth University of Pennsylvania, and that the location is correctly listed as Bloomsburg, Lock Haven, or Mansfield.
