Bryson Purcell, who is pursuing a master’s in Bloomsburg University’s Educational Leadership in College Student Affairs program, has been appointed as an ACPA Ambassador. ACPA-College Student Educators International is a leading professional association for college student affairs educators.

In this role, Purcell will be introduced to senior leaders in ACPA and thought leaders in the field. There will also be opportunities to learn more about the structure of ACPA and the critical roles that Ambassadors play in ACPA.

Ambassadors are graduate students and new professionals working on campuses across North America to create networking opportunities and expand the knowledge and reach of ACPA. Prucell will serve as a connector between Bloomsburg and ACPA as well as to other institutions across the country.

The Ambassadors Program serves as a gateway to opportunities, not only within ACPA, but across the field of higher education and student affairs through a 365 curriculum-based engagement experience.

A 2017 graduate of BU, Purcell is a graduate assistant with the New Student Orientation office and has also served as a graduate assistant for the College Student Affairs graduate program.
