Commonwealth University nursing students host BINGO event for nursing home residents

Commonwealth University ASN nursing students from the Clearfield and Lock Haven campuses recently planned and hosted a Thanksgiving BINGO event for the residents at Mountain Laurel Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center in Clearfield.
The students donated baskets to be used as prizes for the BINGO and they also baked cookies for the residents. Student Kendra Lewis served as the BINGO caller.
Students who participated in the event were Chloe Eamigh, of Woodland; Kendra Lewis, of Houtzdale; Courtney Ryder, of Morrisdale; Emily Davis, of Madera; Ella Zimmerman, of Brookville; Hayley Wooster, of Karthaus; Prudence Corrigan, of Hyde; Hailey Irwin, of Dillsburg; Emily Parks, of Morrisdale; Gil Barker, of DuBois; Madison Lumadue, of Philipsburg; Frank Visnofsky III, of Beccaria; London Cutler, of Philipsburg; and Dawnelle Mills, of Ramey. The students were accompanied by nursing instructor, Dr. Lynne Garvey and professor Alicia Dann.
