BU Players to present 'A Year with Frog and Toad'

The BU Players (of Bloomsburg, a Commonwealth University) present its first show of the season, “A Year with Frog and Toad,” from Thursday, Nov. 3, through Sunday, Nov. 6, at the Alvina Krause Theatre in Bloomsburg.
“A Year with Frog and Toad” is based on the books by Arnold Lobel and features music by Robert Reale; with book and lyrics by Willie Reale. The production is directed by Dr. Carrie Winship of Commonwealth University.
Join Frog and Toad, along with their friends Mouse, the Squirrels, the Moles, and Snail in this Tony-nominated, jazzy, family-friendly musical that tells the story of an all-seasons friendship. Based on the beloved Frog and Toad books by Arnold Lobel, it aims at the hearts of all ages.
Show times are Thursday and Friday, Nov. 3-4, at 7:30 p.m.; Saturday, Nov. 5, at 1 and 7:30 p.m.; and Sunday, Nov. 6, at 3 p.m.
Tickets are available in advance at the Arts in Bloom Box Office in the Haas Center for the Arts (https://bloomu.universitytickets.com/ or 570-389-4409) or at the door starting one hour before curtain. Tickets are $12 for adults, $8 students, seniors and children. Commonwealth University-Bloomsburg students are free with ID.
