3+2 Physician Assistant Program

Secure your future as a healthcare provider with our 3+2 Physician Assistant program. Spend three years building a strong foundation in health science, then transition seamlessly to the graduate PA program at CU - Lock Haven, where a guaranteed seat awaits you. In just five years, you’ll be prepared to step into one of the fastest-growing and most rewarding careers in medicine. *Requires SAT/ACT to be submitted prior to November 1st of your senior year.

3+2 Athletic Training

Combine your love for sports and health in our 3+2 Athletic Training program. Spend three years mastering the science of injury prevention and performance enhancement followed by two years of advanced clinical training at CU- Lock Haven. Graduate with a master’s degree and the skills to help athletes stay at their peak performance.

3+3 Physical Therapy

Turn your passion for movement and rehabilitation into a fulfilling career. Through our 3+3 partnership with Widener University, you’ll complete three years at Commonwealth University before transitioning into Widener’s prestigious Doctor of Physical Therapy program. In just six years, you’ll graduate as a licensed physical therapist ready to restore mobility and improve lives.
