Registration Information

  • Applications due by September 28, 2024.

Vendor Guidelines

  • Vendors may bring their own 10 ft. x 10 ft. canopy tent with corner weights.
  • Vendors provide their own tables and chairs.
  • Vendors must keep a clean eye-appealing space.
  • Vendors are responsible for providing documentation of certificates, permits and insurance.
  • It is the sole responsibility of food vendors to supply documentation of sales tax license, ServSafe certification and retail food facility license on the day of the event.
  • Food trucks and trailers must be self contained. There is no electric or water hook up available.
  • We ask that you check in no later than 11:00 AM. Please be fully organized and ready for the event to start by 11:30 AM.
  • Homecoming Thrive vendors may begin pack up at 3:31 PM, but please, no earlier.

How much space do you need?

  • Food Vendors:  Spaces are determined by the size of the truck / trailer. Please include space for your hitch, awnings, doors, etc. We need to know your total operating space for our vendor map. We will not be able to accommodate for you the day of the event. Trucks cannot stay hooked to trailers.
  • Non-Food Vendors: Artisan vendor spaces are 10 ft. x 10 ft. If you need extra space, specify total space needed.

Vendor Application Agreement

The undersigned, being aware of the inherent risk of accident and injury during the event, hereby agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Thrive Heart & Soul and Commonwealth University of Pennsylvania - Mansfield, it's insurers, employees and agents from any liability for injury to their person or any other persons or damage to the property arising from their presence at, or activities with respect to the Mansfield Homecoming Event. By signing below you agree to the Thrive Heart & Soul and Commonwealth University of Pennsylvania - Mansfield Vendor Terms of Agreement.
